Candidate and employer submission data

  • Contact details you submit in resume and assessment forms
  • Resume files and optional notes
  • Assessment responses and computed score bands
  • Basic attribution data such as referring page and UTM parameters

Search, follow-up, and market testing

  • To respond to employer and candidate interest
  • To evaluate fit for retained search work and related referrals
  • To send acknowledgement emails and limited follow-up
  • To understand which pages and offers are actually generating demand

Lean by default

ClaySearch aims to keep personal information only as long as it is useful for candidate matching, employer follow-up, or operating the search pipeline. Unless a longer period is required for an active search, candidate submissions should be deleted or anonymized within 12 months.

Cloud-first stack

The MVP is designed to run on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare R2, with optional email delivery via Resend and optional ATS workflow routing into Zoho Recruit or another internal system. Resume files should be stored privately, not in a public bucket.

Data access or deletion

If you want your submission removed, ask for a copy of your information, or want to correct your details, use the contact details in your acknowledgement email or the firm contact address published on the live site.
